FEES
Fees vary dependent upon the special needs of the sponsor and travel time, but these standard rates provide general guidelines for planning.
Please note: with increasing travel costs and decreasing flight options, attention needs to be paid to a balance between flights that are efficient thereby minimizing travel time with costs.
Speaking Fees
1 hour plus Keynote or evening presentation (in town/metro area) $500 undefined $1,500
1/2 day, in town: (e.g. 4 hours or less including time for transportation) $650 undefined $1,500
1 day in town: (e.g. 4 to 8 hours) $1,500 undefined $2,000
1 day out of town, plus travel $2,000 undefined $3,000*

Consulting Fees
Consulting Fees: Fees can be negotiated based on total budgets available; the nature of the work needed and estimated time and expense; writing budget and travel time.
Hourly fees: range from $75undefined $150 hourly
Fees Include: direct service, presenters planning and preparation time, administrative costs
* Fees do not include: travel costs, hotel, per diem, printing costs, theatrical presentations or major modifications or planning meetings with sponsors.
